Giulio Bresci was a professional road cyclist from 1944 to 1945. His most important success was, in 1946, the victory of the Ronde de France, the shortened Tour de France held after the liberation. He also won two stages in the Tour de Suisse and the Lugano stage of the 1947 Giro d’Italia. He finished the Giro d’Italia in the top 10 five times (third in 1947 behind Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali) and was twice second in the Tour de Suisse. At the end of his activity as a cyclist he dedicated himself to marketing bikes under his name.

The bike presented has been restored respecting the original characteristics. The violet color is to celebrate his victory at the Ronde de France which he raced on a Welter bike of the same color. It is equipped with Campagnolo Corsa gearbox. Universal patented brakes and brake levers. 361666. Ambrosio handlebar stem. Steel handlebar. Magistroni movements. Campagnolo Gran Sport hubs. Nisi rims. Brooks saddle
