Irio Tommasini began his business in 1957 together with his wife Anna. Before opening the factory he had worked and honed his skills as a frame builder for one of the most important builders of the time, Giuseppe Pelà and had a brief experience at the Fuchs company where he had the opportunity to meet Faliero Masi.
His frames were real jewels, very accurate and refined in detail and therefore much appreciated by enthusiasts.
Its production was mainly destined abroad, especially in the United States, where Tommasini bicycles are considered one of the greatest expressions of Made in Italy.
Irio Tommasini passed away in October 2024.
The bike presented is in practically perfect condition. It is set up with the Schimano Dura Ace 8v group. Sella San Marco “Rolls”. 3TTT stem and handlebar.
The bike has been serviced and is ready to ride.
