Pierfranco Vianelli (Provaglio d’Iseo, 20 October 1946) was a professional cyclist from 1969 to 1973. In 1968 he won the Olympic gold in the inline road race and the bronze medal in the team time trial.
Once he stopped racing he started producing high-end bicycles, refined and with attention to the smallest details and therefore appreciated by enthusiasts and collectors.
The bike presented, with its beautiful chrome-plated blue livery, is in excellent condition. The workmanship of the frame is particularly accurate, the rear brake bridge and the very lightened and tapered junctions are beautiful, details which give a refined and elegant appearance to the bike. The cable routing for the rear derailleur and front derailleur are internal to the frame. Control handles in aerodynamic position.
The bike is set up with Gruppo Campagnolo Super Record. 3TTT handlebar and stem. Sella San Marco Concor. Ambrosio Elite rims.
